40 weeks pregnant today !!!

Omg so I'm getting nerves. I'm 40 weeks and no sign of baby. And I got a email saying 1 and a 1000 baby's born after 41 weeks are stillborn. And my son has been sleeping so much more and not as active as he usually is ??? And at my 20 week ultrasound he was measuring a week bigger I don't know if I should tell my doctor in scared because if they let me go to 42 weeks he could be measuring 43 and that makes me Nerves !!!!
