Going out on pregnancy disability

Has anyone left work early? I work in a daycare and every day it gets harder and harder to come to work.. This is my second baby and I'm just literally exhausted! Not to mention baby is so low it hurts on my c section scar to walk. I'm gonna talk to my dr at my next appointment but I feel like I'm giving up or something! Last pregnancy I made it to 34 weeks and this time I'm only 25 and ready to throw in the work towel!
