Differences every week

Rachel • Baby boy due December 23rd! Can't wait for our first baby!

I have realized that every week I can tell things have ramped up/changed just by how I feel. Tomorrow will be 12 weeks. And the last couple of days my nausea has been worse but last night this extreme hunger has started.

Does anyone else notice weekly changes?
