I'm lonely

My partner and I split up yesterday after discovering that we wanted different things. He wanted a casual relationship with no commitment and I didn't. Unfortunately the relationship went for months before finding out as he wasn't up front when asked.
I'm now at home with my daughter, no-one to talk to and feeling incredibly depressed.
Does anyone have any advice?
