I don't know how or why this happened seeing as I have had earnings in it for four years everyday. And they have pierced since I was a baby.

If it appeared relatively recently, get in to a dermatologist to get it checked. It looks like a mole or birthmark.

I found out what it is. I took my earing out and it's infected. :(

Might just be a mole. .. my SO has one on the top of his ear. Keep an eye on it, if it changes much,  then go into a doctor

Looks like it could be an ingrown hair or a black head/white head!
