...for the past 4 days or so I have been experiencing some "pregnancy" or "pms" symptoms. Don't really know if it's one or the other. I have nausea, sore breasts, cramps like crazy (lasting all day & on both sides of my lower stomach as well as in the middle), constipation, strong appetite but no real mood for anything like everything turns me away, and nausea.... Ugh. I'm not due to test for about a week I don't believe. I'm not sure when I ovulated or if I did, I just got off af as of Friday 5/28. I did test with LH, and it was definitely a negative. So I'm so confused... 😔 help please!
