Unusual pain, what can this be?

I've been having this horrible pain. Feels like something is squeezing my right ovarie and it throbs through out the day.! The pain and throbbing sits VERY low in my private area, I don't feel it in my stomach.

I have a high pain tolerance, so I can tolerate the pain but doesn't feel normal.

I called my doctor and she said that most likely it's bowel movement from the metformin but I am more then sure it is not! Doesn't feel right..

Any ideas or has this happened to anyone?
