If the roles were switched

So ladies I'm sure we've all had a run in with a guy who just uses you for whatever he wants usually sex and then stops talking to you or dumps you but my question is what do you think it would be like if the roles were switched? What if us as girls were the ones using them and then dumping them? How do you think they'd take it? Do you think they'd get hurt like we do? I'm only asking this because recently I reconnected with this guy I met 4 years ago and we were just friends back then. We hungout Friday night for 4 hours just talking in the parking lot of a restaurant where I told him about my grad party the next day. I went home and then the next day he showed up to my grad party which made me really happy. Then Monday night we hungout again. He took me to play put put and we had another good time. When I was getting ready to leave he pulled me close and kissed me not once but three times. Then I get home and he send me this Haha hey I want to be completely upfront with you so you aren't mislead, I'm really not looking for a committed relationship. I'm cool with hanging out and seeing what happens. Just so we are on the same page........and me I'm confused cause if you don't want anything serious why kiss me. So please any advice?!?!?😬😬😬
