Question

My ex is looking for a new place to live and wants me and his son to come with him to look at places. Not because he wants my help or opinion but because he says it makes him look like a family man and betters his chances of getting a good place. I can't help but feel like he's using myself and our son for his own selfish reasons. Am I being a bitch for saying no? Should I just suck it up and help him? Kind of conflicted here...

It sounds like he's using you, if you go with your son and say if you are going and if your child will be spending time at his house then you need to have a say in where your child will be spending his time

On the one hand, he is using you - on the other hand, if your child is going to be spending time with his father, your child will benefit from a nicer apartment complex.
