I have grown to hate dogs...

I used to be a dog lover, my parents have always had a dog growing up and I loved them. When I was 17 my mom bought me a chihuahua mix, Panda, she had puppies and 2 weeks after giving birth she was mauled to death by a brown dalmation right in front of my face. 😔 I cried and had to raise the puppies half of the litter died from a skin disease but there was one I saved Storm, and he was blue with blue eyes. I loved him. Last year he was mauled to death by a Pitt Bull we rescued. Now I hate Pitts. To be honest I hate all dogs now, I am so pissed that I can't love dogs anymore and part of me is afraid of them. Especially big ones. I hate that it's like this for me but I'm just done with dogs, I wish there was a way to love again. My husband has a dog and I always push her away. I wish I could love her. But I'm just emotionally done with dogs...advice?
