Clear blue help

Sooo I'm currently on Metformin.. Just started taking a week ago. I just also finished my cycle last week. I took a clear blue ovulation test today and it came back high peak. Solid smile face. I have a picture of the test. Does this look altered? We've been trying to conceive for a while and I just hope it works. Thoughts about using this test is appreciated.
