Weird month!

Hey ladies...so I am 9 or 10 dpo bfn this morning but have sore bbs, spots on my neck (never had this before), sharp pain in lower tum, diarrhea occurred today, had sore back and dizzy spells...what dpo did all you bfps test at?? Help a girl out!😊
