11 month old wakes every 2 hours

My daughter will be one on the 19th. Pretty much all her life she has been a horrible sleeper. She wakes at least 5 times a night up to sometimes 10 or more. She will just cry and scream at me, no matter what I try isn't good enough unless I hand her a bottle. She will sometimes have up to 4-5 bottles a night. I know I need to stop this but I'm losing my mind I have no idea what to do anymore. I don't remember the last time I got two hours of consecutive sleep. Before pregnancy that's for sure. Has anyone else dealt with this before? Or any advice. Thanks
