GBS in urine

Has anyone else had GBS in their urine early in pregnancy? I'm in another state camping and my drs nurse called and told me I need an antibiotic. Its Thursday and I won't be back until Monday. She said that's fine. But I stupidly Googled it and now I'm freaked out because it can cause miscarriage amongst other problems. I called my nurse and the receptionist took the message so hopefully I can get my script tomorrow.
