At 39 weeks 2 days started having stronger contractions but still irregular. After my daughters kinder graduation we spent the day with with my parents. At 8 pm decided that I would go get checked at the hospital just in case I was in labor. I was nervous to get sent home after having to drive 45 mins just to get there. It turns out that I was already dilated to 5! I choose to walk around till I couldn't take the pain anymore. In less than 2 hrs I was at 8 and was done walking. Was put on monitors and baby's heart rate started to drop and didn't come back up. That's when my delivery room was filled with different doctors and nurses all trying to explain so many different thing. All I got from them was that it was most likely going to be an emergency c-section. But I would be given the chance to try and push since I felt strongly about not wanting a c-section. Doctor said to try 3 sets of 3 pushes and we would go from there. I was determined to get this baby out! In less than 10 mins I was holding my beautiful baby boy ♡ no complications after and got to home in less than 48 hours. Baby Boy was 7 lbs 7 oz ♡ 20 inches long ♡
