What should I do?

I am 17 years old, and I have a boyfriend for almost 3 years. My parents dont actually allow me to have a relationship . But we still continued it. They found it out and finally told us that we already have their blessings BUT they told us that they need to know where we are and what are we doing. We went out earlier and I forgot to tell my mother where we are. NOW, she is so angry at me. I dont know what to do :( they are soooo strict.
