crazy dream

My feet have gotten to the point to where they're getting hot and swollen at night. I can barely sleep when that happens. I ended up Finally falling asleep around 3 am and I had dreams about searching everywhere for salt water taffy. That's all I wanted. While I was searching for it I kept running into people who were pregnant with boys and asking them their symptoms and how they knew they were having a boy. And every time I talked to someone I would say "that's completely different than me I MUST be having a girl". Was seriously my whole dream. A sign maybe?? I had dreams about my son while I was pregnant with him. I visualized him many times before I knew I was having a boy.
