Contractions?

Question

Can you have contractions without having back pain? I'm cramping but I'm not experiencing back pain. I'm 37.2 weeks. Oh and He still moves a lot! Just an FYI

I went into labor and delivery yesterday, high blood pressure ,  and they said I was having mild contractions , and I didn't notice bc it just feels like my baby kicking around.

I've never been able to tell if I'm having Braxton hicks or contractions. I think it's normal.
