Pregnant 🙈

Ive just found out im pregnant ive done 2 tests and its showing up as positive 3 weeks plus. Ivenever been soscared in my life. This wasnt planned. I honestly thought i couldnt hve children becuase i havepolycycstic ovarys and id just came off the injection and implant in november. Ive had mixed periods one, onemonth none the next. O gardddd my heads all over the place i cant think straight. Ive told my partner and hes fine with whatevers fine with me. Im 25 and imabsolutly petrified to tell anyone in the family. Ive litrally been sitting in my room in bed just thinking what to do with myself or if im to young. I looked at the abortion pill and i just dont think i could do it and regret it for the rest of my life. Im such a mess right now 😩😩😩😩😩
