Baby name problems ....

And after sharing a few when asked and gotten nothing but unwanted mean comments and opinions on what I should name my kid I decided to just not share it with anyone till the day my baby is born.

Well...... It had been working till last night we stopped at the in laws house and they asked my SO about the baby's name and he said well she likes Jeremiah. And they start to go off about the name how it's a sisi name and how it's weak and it's ugly.. That hurt my feelings so bad! But they didn't stop there. 

They keep insisting and insisting I name my baby after one of their family members 

With names like Edward Salvador they said because his dad is Edward and my dad is Salvador but really they want Salvador because that is their last name too I told them I didn't like that and that I already have my grandpa my dad and my brother all named Salvador so I wouldn't add a fourth my father in law then adds well you know if I decide to add my real last name his last name will be Salvador in my head I was like excuse me? If you decide?!?! It's my baby!! And I will add and name him the way that his father and I decide on. 

The thing is we originally were told we were having a girl and I agreed with my SO to please his wishes and let him choose the girl name which was Marybeth ( that's Mary for hiss step mom and Beth for his real mom) so now because the baby is a boy they think he will have their family names too nooooooo 

My family isn't constantly pressuring me to name him after them.. They haven't made any comments actually they just listen and say oh ok that's nice. 

And I just feel like I can't sH anything without coming off as rude :( I tried sharing how I feel with my SO but he just got upper and said ok let's stop talking about my family like that I told him like what? All I'm saying is the comments they made hurt my feelings and he said well I'm sorry you can't take my parents opinions. 

Ughh there's so much I just want to rant off on but I'll probably come off as a snobby bitch this is my first baby and I just want to enjoy my pregnancy and of course my baby ones he is in my arms 😭😩😣
