Single Umbilical Artery
Today I went for my anatomy ultrasound. I am exactly 20 weeks pregnant today. All of the baby's organs looked great, she's at the 47th percentile for growth, and all genetic testing came back normal. I am being referred to Maternal Fetal Medicine because instead of having three veins in the umbilical cord, I have two, the main vein and one artery. Anyone else experience this?
