4 weeks and bleeding?!

I had cramping on one side last night and finally got it calmed down and went to bed. Hubby came In to bed at 230 and I got up and went to the bathroom and saw bright red blood. So I told hubby and now I am sitting in the ER. They wanted me to go give a urine sample and I wiped and it was light pink. Hmm. I don't have much of any cramping at all. Anyone ever had this?
