Abstinence!!

So, my bf knows I wanted to wait till marriage to have sex, and he says we could cause he loves me. We've already had sex multiple times, and whenever I try to just kiss and fondle him like we used to before I lost my vCard to him he ends up shoving his penis in me, and saying how my vagina feels so much better than just touching or whatever. I don't think if we went celibate he'd be able to control himself if whenever we kiss he wants to screw my brains out. What should I do?
