Newbie

Hello everyone. I've had glow for a few months but never used the app to its full capacity...can any one help with all these abbreviations 😁. I've been trying to get pregnant for almost a year can anyone give me advice on what else should I be taking besides prenatal vitamins. My period is late but I know my period is coming I  two preg test both negative. Guess I'm being hopeful
