Is that baby moving I felt??

Ok. So I'm 19 weeks 2 days today, I was standing in line at the grocery store talking to my mother in law and I felt something. I've never felt baby before so I could be wrong. It was like a small gurgle type brush feeling (???) That was about 2 inches above my belly button. It scraped down and then stopped before belly button so I would say it was a gas bubble but it stopped instead of going all of the way down and I didn't have to fart after that (tmi sorry). Did I just feel my baby move for the first time??? I'm conflicted because I know that the uterus isn't up that high yet
