Anyone sick ? Head cold

My SO got me sick and now I'm laying in bed miserable. any tips you momma are using to relieve congestion and pain etc and my head is killing me from blowing my nose. I caved and took two Tylenol this AM because I was up at 5 am doing a yard sale and now I feel like death.

I have a really bad sinus infection at the moment, I'm drinking hot water with manuka honey and Lemon and my doc prescribed an antihistamine with decongestant, still feel like crap tho. Rest is Best!

My husband wasn't feeling well last weekend and we thought he was just having withdrawals from some pain meds he'd been on (chronic back issues, is very careful about his prescription but couldn't get back in with dr last week to get it filled on time) so he finally went this week and found out he's had walking pneumonia! I have obviously been exposed so I'm supposed to just wait out the next week or so and see if I start feeling like death. Gotta love germs.
