Feeling nauseous

For a week June 2 me and my so have been ttc for a week my stomach has been sensitive to any type of pressure but most of all I have been nauseous for a week almost. Went to the wave pool both times I got out I wanted to be sick. Currently ovulating. My sister who is pregnant and my best friend and my so keep saying I might be pregnant. How fast can you get pregnant is this a sign I am or is a sign something medically is wrong, any advice please
