Super confused about ovulation

Hey everyone this is my first time using Glow and I'm super confused. I had an alert come through that said day 18 was my peak day and the most important time and ovulation Would be day 19. However today I had a temperature shift and now I'm wondering if ovulation was yesterday. Please help
