He just wont sleep!

Okay j know everyone says growth spurt 3 weeks but...seriously he sleeps for 3 hrs a day...a day like 24hrs he has one 3 hr nap at 10 am and is up all day and all night and cries if i am not holding him and cries if i amnot holding him the right way....what on earth am i supposed to do?! I can't leave the couch! He wont let me leave the couch! I jusg want to do laundry or idk pee! Ughg i am going nuts
