Is it the baby moving?

So I'm a first time mom and I am currently 18weeks. I get a odd feeling in my stomach kind of like when you are hungry except it's like a worm moving in my stomach! Idk if that could be baby flutters or not. I know many girls say when you feel the baby it will be recognizable and will be very unique but I'm just not sure what I'm feeling. My mom says that's how she felt my siblings and I but I think im going crazy!

I felt it for the first time at 17 week. But I had to touch my stomach in order to feel it. I never in my life been that excited. I've been wondering if it was their feet or hands. So you might not b going crazy.

I am 17+5 and feel a little light tapping sensation where I know my uterus is - I'm convinced it's the baby because it's not like gas or anything I've known pre-pregnancy.

Yes! I told my husband it felt like something was doing the worm across my stomach lol it's so hard to explain! I was debating if it was gas or baby but I think it was the baby because I've never felt that before ❤️

Yeh the way i describe mine is someone lightly tapping on my tummy but from the inside.
