4 weeks symptoms?

So I'm curious what people's symptoms were at 4 weeks. I just found out 2 days ago that I'm pregnant, and the only reason I did is because AF didn't show and she's never late!

Once I got my BFP, I assumed my indigestion/gas was a symptom.

I also have sore/heavy breasts.

Lastly, I'm having trouble falling asleep and sleeping beyond a certain number of hours. (Not sure if that's just excitement though!)

What are your symptoms?

Frequent urination that gave it away for me ... I literally was peeing every 25 mins ... And not just a little urine a whole lot .. Lol I was eating everything even though oddly I don't have a strong appetite .. Nipples sore and a lil irritable but hey my period does all that besides the urination ... I'm 4 weeks and 5 days due date feb 16th

I had a ton of heartburn before my bfp and lots of fatigue, also, my nose was stuffy.  Heartburn is mostly gone at 8 weeks, still tired and wake up with stuffy nose. Sore boobs come and go.

Nothing at 4 weeks. I didn't get any til 6 weeks.

Missed period, sore/heavy boobs, tender nipples, increased crying episodes, falling asleep on the couch all around end of week 4 and grew with week 5.

Just a little more tired and sore boobs but the tiredness definitely increased more and more as pregnancy progressed. Sleep as much as possible. Don't feel guilty about it either. Lol

Found out this morning. Only tested as we were ttc & I was 3 days late. No obvious symptoms. I was surprised.

Yeast infection, sore heavy breasts, severe diarrhea ( sorry tmi ) , severe hyperemesis, headaches, fatigue pure exhaustion, some slight cramps.

Sore breast, cramps, gas, and nausea is what I had at 3.5 weeks when I found out.

I'm 4w5d and feeling good. My breasts are sore and I'm am more tired than usual. Also I am hungry very frequently.
