Baby name help

We were all set to name our baby Cecilia  Lorriane after my grandmother, Lorriane Cecilia.  We were really close and it was always a name I loved.  However my brother just had a baby and used the middle name Lorriane.  So I wasn't sure if I should also use it or if that would not be appropriate.  I was looking up other family names and her mother was Dehlia Marcoux.  I thought about Cecilia Dehlia but didn't know if that was to much lia.  Or Dehlia Cecilia.  Help!
