Very faint line or just my imagination?

My husband and I are TTC, this is our first month trying. I am 27 years old, 42 day cycles. Today is day +10 dpo, AF due on 6/12.  Although this is our first time, we have already felt this may be an uphill battle to start. I had very long cycles for the last few years, and ob/gyn said my AMH was practically 0. I went to acupuncture and my cycle length has normalized, but even the fertility doctor was stumped as to why this was, and wasn't sure if I would be able to independently conceive. Crossing our fingers and wishing everybody luck on their own journey.
