Boyfriends mom

I'm 16 almost 17 and my boyfriends mom is always making inappropriate jokes for example, my boyfriend is sick and she asked if I want to go over her house and I told her I don't wanna get sick, and she said you won't get sick unless you tongue kiss him.😂 And she's always making sexual jokes and saying she can't wait to see what our kids will look like etc what does this mean?? Why does she say that
