C section help!

I had my son 1 week and 4 days ago. I had a emergency c section due to his heart rate dropping. They put staples in and at first that was the only pain I had from them pulling. However the last few days when I go pee it hurts like a bladder infection as my bladder is towards empty. ( it doesn't do it when I first use restroom). I have no fever or anything else that points to an infection. Is it normal to have this after a C section or should I be worried?
