Who can I talk to?

I'm 6 weeks 2 days, my first appointment with the midwife isn't until the 24th June. I'm getting alot of cramps and getting worried, who can I talk to about this? My doctor? Or is there any way I can get in touch with the midwife? I really need some reassurance

Cramping typically occurs when the uterus expands, causing the ligaments and muscles that support it to stretch. It may be more noticeable when you sneeze, cough, or change positions

Drink water I know I got super cramps when I didn't drink my regular 60 Oz a day

I'm almost 8 weeks and experience pretty bad cramping every so often. As long as you aren't bleeding you should be okay. It is most likely your body stretching to get ready for the baby. Don't worry too much! And if you are just go to the walk in to be reassured :)

I had ALOT of cramping from 6 weeks until about  8 weeks. After 8 weeks I still got them, just not as often.

Your uterus is growing, thus the cramping. I experienced it for a good 2-3 weeks. Know you aren't alone and its normal.

Cramping is VERY normal. Unless your bleeding bright red withcclots I wouldn't be concerned about it.

I'm 5.5 weeks I'm cramping too as long as ur not bleeding ur OK! Even if u spot just a little its OK. As long as or not bleeding and cramping, that's how all my m/c started.
