Can you drink this instead of water? I Literally can't keep water down? Please help

Im sure you could. For me i try not to drink flavored fruit. I prefer to get a water container and put fresh fruit in my water. It is so yummy.

When I really struggled with water I would fill a bottle with maybe 1/5 natural fruit juice and the rest with water. Not ideal but no artificial ingredients so I felt a little better about it!

Also melons and some other fruits have a high water content and are great to eat!

You can also try sparkling water with a splas of real juice. My tummy also hated water for a bit.

Try eating ice or cold water it taste better than room temperate water

The only thing you have to be careful with those on are the artifical sweeteners used in them. I don't know that it's been proven to harm baby, but I don't think they've been ruled as completely safe either. I would say it's ok, as long as you only drink them in moderarion. :)
