Someone help me calculate this

Can someone pls help me with this? I missed my period last month.was supposed to start my monthly cycle on the 22nd of may but missed it the last time i had my monthly cycle was 24th April. I had a pregnancy test done last week and was positive,Can anyone help me on how old would my pregnancy be by now. Kinda confused about the calculation.
