Heartburn + Nausea

I'm in my first trimester just turned 7 weeks and I'm now experiencing heartburn and nausea. I've done everything: sips of water, milk, yogurt, almonds, Popsicles. All to which they say can treat for heartburn. I feel like tums make it worse for me. And I feel like this heartburn is only getting worse...any suggestions ladies? Also, I can't seem to know what I want to eat without thinking I'll probably throw up. But I'm wanting something cold like a salad? What are some delicious foods you crave that are Healthy & still nutritious? Thank you in advance!! ❤️👍🏽
