Baby shower
From day 1 I have said that I do NOT want to have a baby shower... This is my 4th baby and I just feel like it's extremely trashy to have a shower after the first one. So last night my fiancé comes home and tells me that we're having a cookout/baby shower with all of our friends from Jamaica in 2 weeks! I said it was fine if we had a cook out as I haven't gotten to see all of them yet this season since I'm not working at the restaurant this year, but in no way shape or form do I want it to have anything to do with a shower and his response was "oh well I already told the girls and they're planning on it "
I am so angry that he went behind my back and started planning all this knowing how I feel about it.
So here's my question: should I just stop being bitchy about it and let it happen OR should I call the girls myself and tell them I can't wait to see them but I don't want the night to be about having a shower?
