Ugly Vag HELP

I have the worst body acne and I get it on my vaginal area as well. It is literally so disgusting and horrifying for me to look at. It's a combination of acne, razor bumps, and acne scars. It's painful and embarrassing. I have sex but I usually keep my underwear on or do it in the dark. I'm tired doin it like this and I want a solution to get rid of my acne and my scars ☹️
