Help?!?!

I've been having weird thick clear discharge. I got off my period around the 5th of June & had sex that night. I did use a condom but after he cummed he sat inside of me for a few minutes (with the condom still on) I'm not really sure if this is normal or what's happening but if anyone can help me that'd be amazing!!!
