I know that Skyla IUD supposedly help stop your period and yes the cramps are still bad but how can I keep track of my cycle? I just had a baby and my husband and I are NOT ready for baby #2. Yes my son was very well planned and very loved and we don't want to loose control of that with an unplanned baby. Also, I'm still paranoid from my labor experience. Yes we do use condoms BUT it's not as satisfying..
