Assholes for boyfriends?

I've been with my man for about 9 months and he's an amazing person. The only issue I have is communication, I'm 17 he's 23 and lives in another state so I get to see him very rarely. We Skype and text but lately he hasn't been talking much he says its because he's tired but if he can play a damn video game and half ass text me for two hours why can't he skype me? I'm not saying that he has to every single day but ever couple of days would be nice he take weeks in between and the worst part is that he's not busy after eight at night😟 can someone help me because at this rate we won't last much longer.
