I'm 3 weeks pregnant and when I told him he seemed excited. We even picked out names we liked😂 little did I know he would avoid me and ignore me.. It's been 3 days. I don't even know how I'm supposed to deal with this...

I'd honestly give it some time. I don't know if you've been trying to conceive, but especially if you haven't, he may just be shocked. He will very likely come around. Best of luck!

The shock may have set in so give it a little time and see how he feels. Guys get overwhelmed all the time EVEN if it's a planned pregnancy. My husband was so happy and a week into it he didn't even want to talk about it lol the topic was avoided till he saw the baby at 11 weeks. It's no excuse to ignore you completely just maybe talk to him and see if there's a reason behind it. Congratulations though!! 🎉
