Skull wise I say boy! But with the nub it looks like boy too

By the nub theory id say boy, if nub points at higher then 30degree angle says boy and if pointing flat or less then it girl, that is not true they look the same at 15weeks mine was CLEARLY a boy at 12weeks, sometimes girls can be swollen at that point so may be harder to tell
