Having to pee during breastfeeding

Help! Every time the baby wakes up wanting food I have to pee so bad, I drink water all night. I feel bad because I don't want to wake up the entire neighborhood by running to the toilet befor I commit to breatfeeding for 15-45 min.and I don't want to hold on my bladder. This is usually late night early mornings. Does this happen to anyone else??  I have been trying to go to the restroom every time I wake up to look at his face and make sure he is breathing...
