I hope it's not really infertility....

So me and my husband have been TTC for now 10 months..... We havnt had the best of luck but I have had a baby before so I got the feeling he needed to get his sperm counted..... We went yesterday to do so where we found out that he only has .7 million/ML and they like to see 15 million/ML..... The doctor diagnosed as infertile because it's so low that they arnt even sure doing collections would give enough to be successful with artificial insemination. I am extremely bummed right now.  He's an amazing father to my son and will soon be adopting him as his biological father gives his rights up.... I know God has a plan but I do not understand why I was blessed with a child by a guy that wanted no reasponsibility and no part of being a father but when I'm married, financially stable, and ready to have a baby with a man that's ready to be a father I get this news... We are in the process of seeing a male fertility specialist and hopefully they can help him bring his count up significantly.
