Excruciating cramps!!
Hey can someone give me ideas to help with excruciating cramps... I've had them for years and the last couple months really didn't have cramps during my period only a little like the week before. Now I just started and my periods heavy and my cramps are so bad I can't walk without having them start up again :( any ideas on what to try?
