Itching

Due on Monday an the past 4 days my feet an palms of my hands have been really bad. Been driving me mad itching. I've got a red rash on my toes an between them and little raised lumps these are also on my wrists and palms. I text midwife cause I was concerned an then phoned labour ward because I had no reply an she just basically said it's the heat an nothing they can do. But I'm becoming concerned again
